View / Download the Course Overview

Objective

This two-day course is a detailed review of the practicalities of the Balanced Scorecard. It provides delegates with the actual tools to implement a Scorecard within their organization and establish the supporting strategically orientated management system.

For further information, training pack licenses, or booking details for this course, please email us at MEC.Courses@mecservices.co.uk.  or telephone 01502 512814

The course, with its emphasis on practical steps, would appeal to those managers who have been given the responsibility for project managing the implementation of this Corporate Performance Management initiative.

A basic understanding of Corporate Strategy and the principles of the Balanced Scorecard is a prerequisite for this course. The course is targeted at commercial organisations but the techniques are equally applicable in the 'not-for-profit' environment.

We can also offer a version of this course that is tailored at managers with responsibility for the Information Technology function. The course includes the standard content, as described below, and an additional section devoted to the creation of an IT scorecard.

Principles of the Balanced Scorecard Course
