Strategic Management

Objective

This new approach to Strategic Management for the 21st century builds on the traditional tools of the past and follows their evolution to meet today's turbulent markets where the future is less certain. More than ever it is important that an organisation's people understand its purpose and have the ability to quickly adapt to changes in a complex  environment without diverting from the business goals. A mixture of theory and practical exercises this three day workshop is an ideal course for those that are new to, or already involved in, setting and implementing business strategies. (A 1 day concentrated version of the course is also available that omits most of the group exercises and the use of the case study)
