What is Benchmarking?
Benchmarking is a means of measuring yourself against
others.
How can Benchmarking benefit the business?
Today, most people are looking to be 'best of breed'
and 'world class' but don't know if they meet these standards. Having
processes that live up to these epithets allows the business to gain a
competitive edge through being more cost efficient and / or more
productive.
How we can help
We can help you map your processes analysing them in to
the different categories that allows you to compare your processes against
your competitors and with similar processes in other businesses. We know
of several organizations that can assist us in the benchmarking process,
however we have not had occasion to put them to the test which is why we
need to discuss your requirements in more details before we can let you
