Back to What We Do
Six Sigma
What is Six Sigma?
Technically Six
Sigma is a quality standard of 3.4 defects per million and was first used
by Motorola in the 1980s and later more prominently by General Electric.
Although most easily seen as a means of producing error free products or
services, as a means of implementing an overall business quality strategy,
it is a philosophy that can be applied to all processes in the business.
How
we can help
Sorry! We have
theoretical knowledge and could provide you with an outline of points that you should
consider but we do not have a great deal of real hands-on experience in
