Management Education

We recognise that many organisations may be hindered by lack of time in gaining exposure to those management tools that provide the edge in today's fiercely competitive market places. To date, two of  the alternatives have been either to send senior executives on long and expensive courses at business schools, keeping them away from their desks and their eye off the ball, or to employ consultants to undertake specific assignments.

Our alternative is a series of short concentrated courses that provide executives and managers with exposure to a range of management tools that they can put to use within the organisation. These courses are tailored to the needs of the participants and are then supported by optional back-up consultancy services to facilitate the practical application of the tools and techniques to the organisation. There is also a special email update service backed by our web site that keeps everybody 'up to speed' even after they have completed their course.

Using our own internal  resources and our extensive network of associates we can put together a team of people to address problems that may require substantial people resources; we may ask someone external to our organisation to lead projects of this size especially if the the subject falls outside our normal area of business.

However, in the event that MEC, or our partners, are unable to meet your specific educational / consultancy needs, you can rest assured that we will let you know and will not attempt to 'bluff' our way through. 

Interim Management

We are able to offer assistance directly on an Interim Management basis for short term (<6 months) contracts and can help you locate staff for longer assignments.
