Project Management
We provide a full project management service bringing our experiences from small as well as multi-million pound projects. These have been as diverse as 'Y2K' in major travel companies, process re-engineering, and computer system implementations for single and multi-site locations. We will help over the complete project life-cycle from defining the business need to the final sign-off meeting and beyond.

Systems Implementation
Our experience includes an array of different operational and support department systems. We will help identify the business need required by the organisation's strategy, source the appropriate system, and assist in its implementation.

We can help companies from SMEs to multinationals using our own experience and through links with our wide range of associates, enabling us to bring to the table the vast range of experience and resources that this major organisation has to offer. In addition we partner with a number of other specialist consultancy organisations to provide a wide range of services in other business areas.
If you have a specific need that requires the standard consultancy approach in one of our areas, then we are happy to work with you on that basis. However, we use our 'MECAssist' model as the approach to establishing long term consultancy relationship with our clients. Our approach is to provide the management team with a common level of understanding of the subject area through our management education courses (if needed), and then mentor and facilitate your team to undertake the particular project themselves; we will then provide on-going support and assistance to ensure that your objectives are achieved.

We are seeking like-minded independent consultants, who would share our mission and values, to join MEC Services either as a member of the organisation or as a partner. We anticipate that you would have at least ten years experience in a specific field of management, e.g. Finance, HR, Operations, backed by a recognised qualification and either, an MBA (or similar postgraduate qualification), or general management experience in a senior position. In view of our requirement for experience we would welcome discussion with mature individuals who can bring the value created from a career at the 'coal face'.
We also welcome experienced managers who would like to work part time, or on an ad-hoc basis, to fit in with family or other work commitments.
