Our mission is to enable organisations to gain competitive advantage that benefits their customers, employees, and other stakeholders, through the provision of world-class management education and consultancy services.

Our Values

We do not claim to be perfect but we place great store in personal values. The company will aspire to act, not just within the letter and the spirit of local and international laws, but also to high moral and ethical standards. These standards will be applied to all directors, employees, suppliers, partners, and other associates of MEC. The company will also seek to promote ethical and environmentally aware business within client organisations and will cease working with clients where there are material and on-going breaches of these standards.

We are an equal opportunities company and have a family friendly policy as part of our commitment to a work / life balance. This means that we are unable to offer courses or consultancy in August or over the major public holidays.
