Unless there is any statement to the contrary all contents of this site including, but not limited to, images and text are the property and copyright of MEC and nothing can be construed as conferring any rights to these contents to any other party. All other trademarks, patents, and copyright are acknowledged and are the property of their respective owners. MEC makes a strenuous effort to ensure that the company does not breach the rights of any other party and, but if a party feels that MEC in any way fails to meet its legal obligations in this respect, the company apologises and requests that you contact us so that matters can be corrected.

2) Relationships and damages.

The information contained in this site is made available without charge and does not create any relationship between you and MEC, MEC's suppliers, employees, content providers or partners. You use the information on this site entirely at your own risk; any perceptions you gain or actions you undertake as a result of the impressions created by the site or any specific statements or advice do not make MEC liable for any damages, losses or consequently losses that you may incur.

If any part of these terms and condition are found to be unenforceable under these laws then the applicable part will be replaced with an alternative provision that meets the intention of the original statement and the remainder of this agreement will continue in force.

5) Amendments.

MEC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice at any time. Any such revision supersedes any previous agreement between you and MEC.
